Today, I'm going to have you do a role-play in a business situation. Imagine you are working for a software company, and you are telling your developer to fix a bug in the software. Try to convince him. Try to use a friendly but professional tone when speaking to him and keep it short. Here's my demonstration.
Hey [name], our clients noticed there's a bug in the latest release, and it's impacting the user experience. I understand you have a lot on your plate, but could we possibly consider bumping up its priority and get this sorted? I'd really appreciate your help. If there's anything I can do to speed up the process, please let me know.
