Question of the day, did you watch anything on TV over the weekend?
Even though I try not to spend my time on the weekends watching too much television, cozying up in front of the TV is a really great way to relax because it takes my mind off of my own life for a while and lets me concentrate on something else. So on Sunday, I rented a movie from Google Play Videos. I decided to go with the newest Dune movie, which is a remake of the 1980s classic sci-fi adventure film. The film was entertaining enough but a bit confusing at times. Overall though, I thought the director, Villeneuve, a French-Canadian filmmaker, did a great job with this remake.

보통 저는 주말에는 TV를 별로 보지 않으려고 노력하는 편인데, TV 앞에서 편안히 쉬는 건 정말 좋은 방법이에요. 잠시 동안은 제 삶을 잊고 다른 일에 집중할 수 있기 때문이죠. 그래서 일요일에 Google Play Videos에서 영화를 대여했어요. 선택한 건, 1980년대의 클래식 SF 모험 영화 '뒤네'의 리메이크인 새로운 '뒤네' 영화였어요. 이 영화는 충분히 즐길 수 있었지만, 가끔 조금 혼란스러웠어요. 그래도 감독 빌뇌브(프랑스계 캐나다인 감독)는 이 리메이크 작품을 훌륭하게 마무리했다고 생각해요.
