Does your company do any New Year's get-together or New Year Kickoff Workshop?
In the company that I used to work for, their headquarters were in the US, and I worked for the APAC office. We did have a New Year's Kickoff Workshop over Zoom. I don't remember what we did, so we probably didn't do anything important.
