Today's Question of the Day is about work. What are your most and least favorite things about your job?

For me, when teaching, my favorite thing is seeing students progress. Especially that "aha!" moment when something that they didn't understand finally clicks. That really makes it all worthwhile.

There isn't really anything I dislike about teaching, but for my translating work, computer error and software bugs are the bane of my life. I really wish these software companies would develop word processing, annotating, and spreadsheet programs that aren't so buggy and prone to error.
