What is the most interesting place in the town where you live?
I live in a small and rather unexciting town in the west of Japan and we don't have many things for tourists to do. But I recently had a friend visit from another country and had to think of some places to bring them. And one really fascinating place I found in my town was a glass art workshop. It is located up in the mountains of the town and they have a real furnace where you can try your hand at glassblowing, which is I think something that most people will never get to experience. So it's a great place to take visitors and it's a really enjoyable and memorable experience. I've done it twice so far and made a really lovely handmade glass cup.

저는 일본 서부에 위치한 작고 별로 재미있지 않은 도시에 살고 있어서 관광객을 위한 명소가 그리 많지 않습니다. 그러나 최근에 외국에서 온 친구가 방문했을 때, 어디로 데려다 줄지 생각해야 했습니다. 그리고 제가 발견한 정말 매력적인 장소는 유리공예 공방이었습니다. 도시의 산악 지대에 위치하여 실제로 화로가 있고 유리 불멍 경험을 할 수 있습니다. 많은 사람들이 일생에 한 번도 경험하지 않는 일이기 때문에 정말 즐겁고 기억에 남는 경험이었습니다. 지금까지 두 번 방문한 적이 있고, 정말 멋진 수제 유리 잔을 만들었습니다.
