Good morning! We'll start off with a simple question to ease into this week. So how was your weekend?
I'll tell you a little bit about my weekend. So, the weather was really great on Friday evening. So, I went out cycling for three hours, alongside the canal in my local area, and I almost never get any cramps after exercising but on that day, I felt acute pain in my quads. And so I was reminded that I've gotten older. But thankfully, the cramps went away the next day.
So how about you? How did you spend your weekend?

제 주말에 대해 조금 이야기해볼게요. 금요일 저녁 날씨가 아주 좋았어요. 그래서 지역 운하를 자전거로 3시간 정도 탔어요. 보통 운동해도 근육통이 거의 없는데, 그 날 쿼드(허벅다리 앞쪽 근육)가 예리한 통증을 느꼈어요. 나이를 먹은 것을 실감했네요. 하지만 다행히 다음 날에는 아픔이 없어졌어요.
