Question of the day, what's the best thing that happened to you this week?
For me, the best thing that happened this week was the completion of something. This week, my students finished writing their final exams. The end of the semester is a happy milestone for teachers and students alike. Frankly speaking, I'm glad that the semester is winding down, so that I can focus less on writing and marking tests and more on other administrative tasks which take up less mental energy. I feel such a sense of relief.

나에게 있어서 이번 주에 가장 좋았던 일은 무언가가 완료된 것입니다. 이번 주에 제 학생들은 기말 시험 작성을 마무리했습니다. 학기 끝은 선생님과 학생 모두에게 기쁜 이정표입니다. 솔직히 말해서, 학기가 끝나가고 있다는 것에 감사하고 있습니다. 이제 시험 출제나 채점에 집중하는 대신, 다른 정신적으로 부담스럽지 않은 관리 업무에 좀 더 집중할 수 있습니다. 정말로 안도하고 있습니다.
